Our next meeting will be on Sunday 1^st May at 2pm BST when we will be welcoming Martyn Underhill, former Police and Crime Commissioner for Dorset who will be talking about the importance of tackling mental health in our local community and hearing from Hazel Farrer who runs the Mindful-Nature Connection that offers mindful nature experiences and mindfulness courses from her home in Portugal. We will also be presenting the Action for Happiness Calendar for the month of May.

Emily Coxhead, Editor of The Happy Newspaper spoke about the success of her publication and Victor Perton joined us from Melbourne, Australia and talked about the Centre for Optimism. 

We also heard a prayer for the people of Ukraine by Paola Brown our Ambassador in Austria plus an inspirational meditation from Julia in Germany.

Join us for our next online meeting at 7pm BST on Saturday 2nd April to hear from our guest speaker John Helliwell, Editor of the World Happiness Report 2022. We will also reflect upon the situation in Ukraine and discuss positive emotions and expressions of kindness and gratitude by people living in the neighbouring countries of Europe. We will also present the Action for Happiness calendar for the month of April.
