When we take time to look after ourselves, we're better placed to help others and have a positive impact in the world.

This month we're encouraging everyone to be kinder to themselves (as well as others), especially when things go wrong. Self-care increases our resilience and helps us get more out of life. It's not selfish, it's essential.
You can find simple ways to make a difference using our new Self-Care September calendar. Please share the calendar with others!
You can also use our app to receive the daily calendar actions and join a supportive community putting these into practice.
Happier Living Toolkits for Schools
We've launched new digital resources for teachers to support children to learn core skills for emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Toolkits are now available for age 5-7 and age 7-11, all based on the Ten Keys. They include teacher guidance, journals for adults & children and info for parents & carers.
