Creating 25,000 Happyness Jobs Overnight

Ukraine war | Amazon, Hilton, and Kraft Heinz join commitment to hire 250,000 refugees As the Ukraine war continues, 41 leading companies have announced they will provide over 250,000 Ukrainian refugee women and refugees from other countries with jobs and training. ( see tent.org )  The article led to some suggestions for jobs below A - Take 12 refugees and form a team guided by two local people. Form, storm, norm, perform.  Meet daily at a local Holiday Inn for 21 hours per week.  B - spend approximately half the time learning about happiness and creating actions locally to increase happiness in the community  C - spend approximately half the time offering remote guidance to people in other places running great projects with local and international interference.  ( for example Global Refugee Basketball, Ssala Vocational Training Institute, Akasi Farm )  Note - With a team of 12 refugees on 2000 high streets around Europe this would create 24,000 Happyness jobs. With the additional 2000 x 2 guides that could be 28,000 people workikgn in teams gaingin valuable skills and experience whilst increasing their own happiness and that of others. :-)
